  • Loan terms are transparent with no "up-front" fees or hidden charges;
  • Loans from £100,000 to £2,000,000 on terms from 3 to 24 months;
  • Loans secured against commercial or, if appropriate, residential property;
  • Loan amounts are based only on property valuation;
  • Loans possibley up to 100% of purchase price.

We are non-status lenders, and as such we do not consider your status, serviceability of loan or loan exit strategy. Therefore, we can complete loans more quickly and efficiently than other lenders who may place constraints in these areas.

We will make loans to individuals and organizations, including :-

  • small businesses,
  • start-ups,
  • business recovery / reorganization situations, and also
  • to those who have lost investor backing or subject to creditor pressure.

We lend funds which may be used for a variety of purposes, and not only for property acquisition or development. Examples include :-
